To answer your questions: The best way is to check your sensitivity level is by doing the spot test. Add a bit only on a small area of your skin, arm or your neck and wait to see how it reacts. redness and dryness should give you a good indication things are not okay for you.
Results will vary by person, but usually 4 to 6 weeks or finishing a bottle of the product will give you a good indication if the product is working for you. Special cases like products for scars will take from 3 to 6 months to see some results. But for this product a bottle or 4 weeks will be enough to see results.
